1.1 About C7 Hospitality

c7online.in (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is an online travel and hotel booking platform owned and operated by C7 Hospitality Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (or as applicable), having its registered office at 4703, Tower- 3 Crescent Bay, Jerbai Wadia Road, Mahatma Phule Education Society, Bhoiwada, Parel, Parel, Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400012.

c7online.in provides users across India and internationally with an integrated digital marketplace to discover, compare, and book hotel accommodations and related travel services. The Platform operates as a technology intermediary connecting travellers with hospitality service providers, operating in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its associated rules and amendments.

1.2 Nature of Services

C7 Hospitality offers the following core and ancillary services to registered and guest users:

Online hotel search, discovery, and comparison tools across domestic and international destinations. Instant and advance hotel room booking with real- time availability confirmation. Secure payment processing for booking transactions using multiple payment modes. Booking management features including modifications, upgrades, and cancellation requests. Customer support assistance for pre- booking enquiries and post- booking issues. Personalized recommendations, promotional offers, and loyalty programmes. Travel listings, destination guides, and curated hospitality content. Access to third- party ancillary services including but not limited to cab transfers, airport pickups, and travel insurance, subject to availability.

1.3 Intermediary and Payment Facilitator Declaration

C7 Hospitality acts solely as a technology intermediary and booking facilitator. The Platform does not own, lease, manage or operate any hotel or hospitality property listed herein. All accommodation services are rendered directly by the respective hotel or hospitality partner. The accommodation contract, once a booking is confirmed via issuance of a Booking Confirmation Number (BCN), is between the User and the respective hotel. Payment collection by c7online.in is undertaken solely as an authorised collecting agent and booking facilitator on behalf of the hotel partner and the User, for the purpose of facilitating the booking transaction and settlement. C7 Hospitality processes booking- related payments, coordinates refunds, and manages disputes in accordance with the applicable hotel policy and the Platform's Refund and Payment Policies set out in Sections 4 and 5 of this document. This characterization is material to the engagement of payment gateway partners and is disclosed for the purpose of regulatory transparency.


2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and c7online.in. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2.1 User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking on c7online.in. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Use of the Platform by individuals who are legally incompetent to contract - including minors - is strictly prohibited without verified parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all registration and booking information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete. c7online.in reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility criteria are not met.

2.2 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Certain features of the Platform, including booking management and loyalty programmes, require the creation of a registered user account. By registering, you agree to:

Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep such information updated. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and not share them with any third party. Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you. Immediately notify c7online.in at customercare@c7online.in upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account. Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes. Not impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. c7online.in will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

2.3 Booking Process and Confirmation

The booking process on c7online.in operates as follows:

Search & Selection: Users may search for available hotels by destination, dates, guest count, and other filters. Hotel listings display pricing, photographs, amenities, and guest ratings sourced from hotel partners and third- party providers. Booking Request: Upon selecting a hotel and completing the booking form, you submit a booking request. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Payment: Full or partial payment (as applicable) is collected at the time of booking submission, subject to the selected payment option.

2.4 Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All prices displayed on c7online.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Pricing is dynamic and may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of BCN issuance is the final applicable price.

The final checkout price, inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST, hotel taxes, local levies), Platform Convenience Fee, and any other disclosed charges, will be clearly displayed before payment is processed. A Platform Convenience Fee is applied to all bookings on c7online.in. This fee is non- refundable, except in cases where a booking is cancelled due to a Platform error. Foreign currency transactions may be subject to exchange rate conversions and additional banking charges levied by the user's financial institution, for which c7online.in bears no liability. Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional rates are subject to individual terms and conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of a pricing error on the Platform, c7online.in reserves the right to cancel the affected booking and offer a full refund, without any further obligation.

2.5 Cancellation, Refund, and Modification Policies

Cancellation and refund terms vary by hotel property and rate type. Specific conditions are communicated during the booking process and in the booking confirmation. As a general framework:

- Bookings marked as 'Free Cancellation' may be cancelled without penalty before the specified deadline shown on the booking details page.- Bookings marked as 'Non-Refundable' will not be eligible for a refund upon cancellation.- Partial refunds may apply where a portion of the stay is cancelled after check-in, subject to hotel policy.- Modifications to booking dates, room types, or guest details may be subject to availability and additional charges.- Refund amounts will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines specified in Section 4 of this document.- In cases of no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be forfeited unless the applicable hotel policy provides otherwise.

2.6 User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use c7online.in only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Making fraudulent bookings using stolen, unauthorised, or falsified payment credentials.- Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform using automated tools.- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the Platform's source code or databases.- Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious reviews or content on the Platform.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending bookings, and legal action as appropriate.

2.7 Intellectual Property Rights

2.7 Intellectual Property Rights- All content on c7online.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and database compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of c7online.in or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.- Users are granted a limited, non- exclusive, non- transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for personal, non- commercial travel booking purposes.- Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from c7online.in is strictly prohibited.- User- generated content (reviews, ratings, photographs) submitted to the Platform is granted to c7online.in under a perpetual, royalty- free, worldwide licence to use, display, and modify such content for Platform- related purposes.

2.8 Limitation of Liability

2.8 Limitation of Liability- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c7online.in, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) errors in hotel listings supplied by hotel partners; (d) failure of hotel partners to deliver booked services; (e) losses arising from force majeure events; or (f) unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.- Notwithstanding the foregoing, this limitation of liability shall not apply to: (i) losses caused directly by c7online.in's own negligence in payment processing or refund handling; (ii) erroneous charges or duplicate debits caused by a Platform error; or (iii) failure to initiate an eligible refund within the timelines stated in Section 4.3. In any event, the aggregate liability of c7online.in to any user shall not exceed the fifty percent of the total amount paid by that user for the specific booking transaction giving rise to the claim.

Users acknowledge that reliance on any information obtained through the Platform is at their own risk.

The Platform may contain links to third- party websites, services, or content. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement or approval by c7online.in.- c7online.in has no control over third- party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.- Transactions conducted with third- party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, insurance providers, cab services) are governed by the respective third party's terms and conditions.- Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third- party service before engaging with them.

2.11 Termination of Services

c7online.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

Suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform for violation of these Terms or applicable law.- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service offered on the Platform at any time.- Cancel any confirmed booking in exceptional circumstances, including fraud detection, system errors, or hotel partner unavailability, subject to applicable refund obligations.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force.

2.12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, along with all related policies, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Users agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum. Applicable laws include but are not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008; the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Analytics Cookies: Collect anonymised data to help us understand Platform usage patterns (e.g., Google Analytics). Marketing Cookies: Used to serve relevant advertisements on third- party platforms based on your browsing behaviour (with your consent).

Upon first visit, users are informed via a cookie consent banner. Non- essential cookies (preference analytics, marketing) are activated only upon the user's affirmative consent. Essential cookies do not require separate consent as they are strictly necessary for Platform operation. Users may manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time through Platform settings or browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

3.4 Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We may share your data with the following categories of third parties:

Hotel Partners: Booking details (name, contact, stay dates) are shared with the relevant hotel to fulfil your reservation. Payment Processors: Financial data is transmitted securely to authorised payment gateway partners. Technology Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and marketing tool providers may access data under strict contractual data processing agreements. Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the business transaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

3.5 Data Protection and Security Measures

All data transmissions between your device and our servers are encrypted using industry- standard TLS/SSL protocols. Payment data is handled in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI- DSS). Sensitive personal data is stored in encrypted form with access restricted to authorised personnel only. Regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing are conducted. An incident response plan is in place to address data breaches in accordance with applicable notification obligations under Indian law.

- Booking and transaction records: 7 years (as required under Indian tax and accounting laws).- Account information for active users: Duration of account + 2 years post-closure.- Customer support records: 3 years from resolution of the query.- Marketing and analytics data: 2 years or until consent is withdrawn.

c7online.in does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18. The Platform is not directed at minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at customercare@c7online.in for immediate deletion of such data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Any material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days prior to the effective date of the revised policy. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Each hotel listing on c7online.in displays an applicable cancellation policy, which may include one of the following categories:

4.2 Platform Service Fees

Platform convenience fees charged by c7online.in are non- refundable in all cases of user- initiated cancellation. These fees may be refunded in the following exceptional circumstances:

Booking failure due to a verified technical error on the Platform. Overbooking by the hotel partner resulting in inability to accommodate the booking. Cancellation initiated by c7online.in due to circumstances beyond the user's control.

4.3 Refund Timelines

Refund timelines commence from the date of refund approval/initiation by c7online.in, subject to payment processor and bank processing times. c7online.in will send a refund initiation confirmation via email/SMS within 48 hours of cancellation approval:

Credit/Debit Card: 5- 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation, subject to the issuing bank's processing time. UPI / Net Banking: 3- 7 business days from cancellation confirmation. Wallet Credits: Instant to 24 hours for credit to the c7online.in platform wallet. EMI Transactions: Refund processing may take up to 10- 15 business days; applicable EMI interest is non- refundable.

4.4 Non- Refundable Bookings

The following scenarios result in forfeiture of the booking amount with no refund eligibility:

Bookings clearly marked as 'Non- Refundable' at the time of purchase. No- show at the hotel without prior cancellation notification. Early check- out or failure to utilise booked nights (subject to hotel policy). Cancellation after the hotel's stipulated free- cancellation deadline. Bookings made using special rates, last- minute deals, or non- cancellable promotional fares.

4.5 Refund Processing Responsibility

c7online.in shall be the primary contact point and responsible party for receiving, verifying and initiating eligible refund requests. Even where refund eligibility is determined by the hotel's cancellation policy, the User must communicate all refund requests directly to c7online.in and not to the hotel, c7online.in will coordinate with the hotel partner and payment processor as necessary. Where a booking is eligible for refund under the applicable hotel or Platform policy, c7online.in shall be responsible for initiating and processing the refund to the original payment instrument within the timelines stated in Section 4.3, subject to bank and payment gateway processing times. For partial refunds (early checkout or partial stay), refunds are subject to hotel confirmation of the unused nights and actual eligibility under the hotel's policy. c7online.in will process only refunds confirmed as eligible by the hotel partner.

4.6 Complaint Escalation and Dispute Resolution

5. Payment Policy

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

c7online.in accepts the following payment methods for booking transactions:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay. Debit Cards: All major Indian bank debit cards (Visa / MasterCard / RuPay networks). UPI Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, and other UPI- enabled applications. Net Banking: All major Indian commercial and cooperative banks. Digital Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, and other authorised prepaid payment instruments. EMI Options: No- cost and standard EMI facilities through partner banks (subject to eligibility). Pay at Hotel: Available on select properties, subject to hotel partner confirmation. International Cards: Available for international users transacting in supported currencies.

5.2 Payment Security

c7online.in is committed to maintaining the highest standards of payment security:

All payment pages are secured with 256- bit SSL encryption. Card data is tokenised and processed through PCI- DSS compliant payment gateway partners; full card numbers are never stored on our servers. Two- Factor Authentication (2FA) via OTP is enforced for all transaction approvals. c7online.in does not store CVV or full card numbers under any circumstances. Payment gateways used by c7online.in are authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and compliant with applicable Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 regulations.

5.3 Payment Authorization

By submitting a booking request, the User expressly authorizes c7online.in and its authorized payment gateway partners to debit the applicable booking amount, taxes, Platform Convenience Fee (if applicable), and any other clearly disclosed charges from the selected payment instrument. This authorization is specific to the disclosed transaction amount and does not permit recurring charges without further consent.

5.4 Failed and Pending Transactions

If a payment fails, is declined, or remains in a pending state, no booking shall be deemed confirmed unless a Booking Confirmation Number (BCN) is issued by c7online.in. A pending payment status does not constitute a booking confirmation. If an amount is debited from the User's account but a BCN is not issued within 2 business hours, the transaction shall be treated as unsuccessful. Any amount debited in such circumstances shall be reversed or refunded in accordance with the timelines of the issuing bank and payment gateway partner. The User should contact support at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if a BCN is not received within 4 hours of a debited transaction.

5.5 Duplicate and Erroneous Payments

In the event of a duplicate charge or erroneous debit caused by a Platform or payment gateway error, the User must report the incident within 7 days of the transaction date to customercare@c7online.in with supporting transaction evidence. C7online.in will investigate and, where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed, process a refund for the excess amount debited. Only one valid charge per confirmed booking is permissible.

5.6 Payment Gateway Partner Disclosure

Payments on c7online.in may be processed by third- party RBI- authorised payment gateway partners. By making a payment on the Platform, the User acknowledges that their payment transaction is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of such payment gateway partners. c7online.in does not store full card details or CVV; all sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by the payment gateway partner's PCI- DSS compliant systems. The payment gateway partner's name will be disclosed at the checkout stage.

5.7 Chargeback Policy

The User agrees to contact c7online.in support at [SUPPORT EMAIL] regarding any billing concern or disputed charge before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card network, except where such prior notice is prohibited by applicable law or the payment network rules. c7online.in will endeavour to resolve all legitimate billing disputes within 15 business days of receipt. Chargebacks initiated on valid, confirmed bookings where the hotel service has been utilized (post check- in) will be treated as chargeback abuse. In the event of a chargeback being raised on a valid booking, c7online.in reserves the right to submit to the bank or card network: booking confirmation records, BCN issuance logs, cancellation policy displayed at booking, guest check- in status, communications records, and refund processing evidence.
